Salesforce pricing

What things cost, with worked examples instead of "it depends".

Most Salesforce providers answer the price question with a discovery call. Here are the numbers up front, so you can decide whether it is worth talking at all.

Two rules: if the scope can be written down, you get a fixed price. If it cannot, you get an hourly rate with a timesheet and a ceiling you approve before I pass it.

Consulting & development

from

€55 / hour

Analysis, configuration, Apex and LWC development. Billed by the hour with a detailed timesheet when the scope is open-ended.

Small enhancement

from

€350 fixed price

A field with automation, a report, a validation rule, a Flow: fixed price agreed up front and delivered in one to two days.

AMS plan

from

€490 / month

8 hours included, response within 1 business day, unused hours roll over for 3 months. Larger plans available.

Prices exclude VAT. The final quote depends on scope and is confirmed in writing within 1 business day.

What moves the price

How clear the scope is

A requirement that fits in two sentences costs less than one that needs three meetings. Writing down the expected outcome before asking is the cheapest thing you can do.

The state of your org

Overlapping automations, unused fields and undocumented code mean every change has to be checked against what already exists.

Integrations and data

Anything that talks to another system, or moves historical records, multiplies the testing effort. Error handling belongs in the quote, not in the invoice after.

Testing and release

Sandbox build, test coverage and a rollback plan are included in every price here. They are why a release does not become an incident.

What you get either way

  • A fixed price whenever the scope is defined, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • If a fixed-price estimate turns out wrong, the difference is mine, not yours.
  • Work in a sandbox first, with a rollback plan for every production release.
  • 30 days of free fixes on anything I deliver that does not behave as agreed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Salesforce development cost?

Consulting and development start at €55 per hour with a timesheet; small enhancements start at €350 at a fixed price; AMS plans start at €490 per month with 8 hours included. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts.

How long does a typical request take?

A small enhancement such as a field with automation and a report is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days. A Flow that replaces a manual process takes 2 to 3 days. A Lightning Web Component with Apex logic takes 4 to 6 days. An ERP integration takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the other system's API.

What happens if the estimate turns out to be wrong?

On fixed-price work the estimation risk is mine: if the job takes longer than I judged, the price you approved does not change. The exception is a change to the agreed scope, which is quoted separately before it is built.

How does payment work, and do you sign an NDA?

Fixed-price work is invoiced on delivery; longer projects are split into agreed milestones; AMS is billed monthly in advance. Bank transfer at 30 days, with a regular Italian invoice. I sign your NDA before receiving any detail about your org, or provide a mutual one.
