Real work, told as problem, solution and result. No invented clients: where there is no provable number, there is no number.

SMB, Sales Cloud org · 2024–2025

Documents generated from the record, no copy and paste

Context: Direct client, freelance engagement

The problem
Quotes and documents were filled in by hand, copying data out of the CRM: wasted time, transcription errors and several versions of the same template floating around the company.
What I did
Advanced DocsMadeEasy implementation with templates fed straight from the record's fields. Rules kept in Custom Metadata so they change without touching code; a Record-Triggered Flow that generates and attaches the document at the right point in the process; separate Record Types and Lightning Pages to keep processes apart. Released to a sandbox first, then to production with Change Sets.
The result
The document comes out of the record with one click, identical for everyone, with the data already right. Rules are updated from configuration, not from a development.

Duration

Delivered in several releases, each tested in a sandbox

Matching service: Salesforce feature enhancements

Thirteen months of AMS for a payments group

Context: Nexi Germany, Dev & AMS team, through Reply

The problem
Support requests arrived by email and lived outside the CRM, with no status and no owner. Production releases had to become repeatable and traceable, with incidents and service requests handled as a process.
What I did
Email-to-Case to turn every email into a case with a queue, a status and an owner. Releases managed with Copado, aligned environments and code review. Incidents and service requests worked in Jira and ServiceNow with agreed priorities and timings, documentation in Confluence.
The result
Every request is a case tracked from opening to closure; releases follow a pipeline and do not depend on one person. It is the ongoing support model I now sell as the AMS plan.

Duration

13 months of continuous service

Matching service: Salesforce AMS — Managed services

SMB, Sales Cloud org · 2024

Heavy PDFs, videos and GIFs uploaded to Salesforce with no external service

Context: Direct client, freelance engagement

The problem
Users had to attach PDFs, videos and GIFs that exceeded upload limits and ate paid storage. An external compression service would have sent the files outside the org.
What I did
A Visualforce page that compresses files in the user's browser before upload: PDFs, videos and GIFs reduced client-side, then saved normally on the record. No call to third-party services, no data leaving Salesforce, no extra platform cost.
The result
Files fit within the limits on the first try and take less space, with data staying inside the org. The solution lives in standard configuration and ships with Change Sets.

Orgs I have worked on

I have worked on Salesforce since 2021. Before direct freelance clients, I worked as a consultant through Reply and Visioture Lab on the orgs of industrial, insurance, energy and payments groups: bug fixing through reverse engineering, change requests, Einstein Analytics datasets, Aura and LWC components, Experience Cloud portals. These are CV experiences, not SFeasily clients, and that is how I present them.
